Very fast delivery, came next day. Completely spotless, no issues so far-really enjoying the watch. Only difference is that the band delivered was a different colour to the description. Was provided with a blue band which I’m actually pleased with as it was the colour band I was going to buy-so thanks!

I was a bit sceptical tbh at first but I can definitely say that I was completely wrong! My refurbished phone looks great; it works fine and it was affordable so I can’t recommend back market enough!!

Very pleased with the Apple Watch Ultra as a gift for my son. It was in excellent condition, price was good and service very speedy. The only slight negative was that the strap was not an original as I expected - the imitation Ocean band was ok but not as good as the original.

Got refurbished iphone xr for christmas, came in new condition not a mark on it and 97% battery health! 100% recommend will be back next month for the next chrsitmas present for sure!

Easy and straightforward purchase via the app. and delivered on time. I purchased an iphone 14 that should be in Excellent condition. Unfortunately phone was not clean out of the box with glue marks around the frame, at the bottom near the charging port, and 2 small dents/chips at the corner by the screen. I just wonder if this was excellent then how will the good condition be like? Luckily, I was able to clean off most of the glue. This is an honest review as this is my first time to buy a used phone online and also the first time using Back Market ever. I will recommend but will not have high expectations.

This was my second purchase from Back Market. Item arrived well wrapped and in condition as expected. I am very pleased with the Google Pixel Watch 2 (displays, size, functions and weight). Perfect for me when running and walking/hiking.

The iPad was in pristine condition and came complete with a new charger. The price was brilliant and delivery was quick . Very happy with both the product and the service, in fact, what’s not to love?

Can I leave a bad comment! NO. My youngest needed an upgrade as her phone was lagging, and seemingly as my second daughter had the Google Pixel 6a and was still happy with it, I purchased one from Backmarket for my youngest. She has had it a while now and everything is working as it should do. So Backmarket gets a thumbs up from my youngest, and gets a thumbs up from me. Highly recommend.

I admit I was nervous about getting a refurbished phone, but I can't really afford to pay a grand for a new hand set so I took the plunge. Got a really great and so far works fine. I'm really happy with the google pixel phone. The battery life so far is good. And yeah I'm really happy with this. I got a good price for my old Samsung too. I would definetly use back market again.
