Easy ordering and prompt delivery. First time ordering a refurbished iPhone 13 and pleased that it’s in perfect order, no scratches or dents and battery at 89%. . Also came with a new charging cable . Very happy so far.

Very happy with my purchase. The item arrived very quickly and looked almost new. The last time I bought an Apple Pencil it was a refurbished model direct from Apple. It was more expensive and never functioned as well as the one purchased from Back Market. I’ll definitely be using Back Market in the future. Thank you for a great buying experience 👍

Great phone in great condition. Really impressed with this phone and pleased I made the jump to a Google Pixel. The phone itself was in better condition than I thought it would be. It's the 2nd reconditioned phone that I have purchased from Back Market and I will definitely return for future purchases.

my new phone came on time. everything is well. Don't know if I'm being paranoid as it's refurbished but I always feel my battery goes down quite fast but I did opt for the standard battery and also use my phone quite alot so probably just me. Apart from that everything was perfect so I will say 10/10. Thank you Back Market!

The iPad I purchased was pristine,for a refurbished product, best price ,and believe me I scoured the net. I also received adapter and charging cable,which I never have with other refurbished products I have bought.👍
