It arrived in two days, as stated on the website. It matches the product as described and was packaged as if it were new. Everything in the box, even the plastic. I loved the protection on the Mac mini's rear ports to stop dirt getting in. In a word, PERFECT! Just like new and much cheaper.

For the price, the product is in very good condition. It is my first Mac. It arrived very quickly, ahead of schedule. Probably when I renew I will buy a refurbished one again through Back Market.

Excellent, from the speed of delivery, to the condition of the iPad; whose condition is just that: excellent. You can only tell it's not new because of the box, which is quite used, even though it's the original one. Excellent value for money.

I was a little surprised when I saw Arabic characters on the back of the packaging of the MacBook Pro, because it appears that the MacBook was refurbished with a German top case. And since I've had a bad experience with a refurbished MacBook before, I was a bit sceptical at first. After unpacking it, however, this feeling was quickly dispelled. The top case and keyboard look absolutely new, the battery hasn't had any charging cycles and the rest looks absolutely as good as new, with absolutely no scratches from the display to the base. The original packaging was also included, which is not a matter of course for refurbished devices. All in all, the perfect Intel MacBook in 13 inches that you can still get, especially when it is in such perfect condition. This time I compared the sellers before buying and the good ratings and comments had convinced me at Chapp B.V. and I was not disappointed. I can absolutely recommend this seller. Price performance is also absolutely fair here.

I received this MacMini, in its original packaging, never used, since the black adhesive strip masking the connectors was still stuck, the MacMini packaged, like a new product. So I received a refurbished Apple model, in completely new condition and packaging! I couldn't have hoped for better!

I am really impressed with the condition of my Mac Studio M1 Max. The drive had only been running for 168 hours, the SSD had only 1% wear, and the temperature never went above 30°C. No crashes, no failures - it works like new. I got it at second hand price, but in practice it is an almost new drive. Thanks for great service and honest product description. I really recommend you!

After a few days, I can say that the computer is working well for the moment. Time will tell. Like others, I regret the slightly light packaging. I'd already bought 2 Macbook Pros from BackMarket in the past and we always received the computers in their original boxes (the same goes for the phones). Here the Mac mini was boxless and wrapped in bubble wrap, which is a bit unfortunate for this type of product, but it's a detail.
