Very happy with the quality of the smartphone delivered and the delivery time. One point prevented my customer experience from being excellent: the use of compensated polystyrene for the box in which the smartphone was delivered: this material is toxic waste for the planet.

Everything is OK with the phone. Packaging clean, tidy and secure but no box (product arrived in bubble wrap and neutral box - not disturbing but no information mentioned this).

Everything was fine (phone sent, condition, operation) and the trade-in went perfectly. The only downside was that the silicone cover ordered at the same time was not adapted to the phone model (the "holes" for the side controls were not in the right place). That's why the radiant smile is missing!

Everything went very well and quickly. The mobile phone is in very good condition. Unfortunately, the battery runs out very quickly and I'll have to replace it soon. But I will definitely buy my next mobile phone here.
