Lovely phone, perfect condition. Had to change the script to Microsoft instead of the original Samsung script, as the key board contained German alphabet letters and the predictive text was driving me crazy, kept replacing my words with German words. I changed the language to English with the Set Up options so I was surprised the keyboard did not change also. I was thinking of returning it for that reason but then I noticed the Microsoft option. Works fine now. Only need to charge it once every two days . Would be better if it stayed charged for longer. Otherwise I'm happy with it.

Exept for the fact, that there was a strike in Germany and the package couldn't be sent to Greece for a few days, eveything is/was just perfect! The mobile is in perfect condition and we are very happy with our new iPhone 13 refurbished. We will buy again.

I find it an incredible service in terms of quality / price and above how fast the order arrives (24h in my case this last time, the previous one took several days) my only downside is that the product is a complete lottery, the previous iPhone (11) that I ordered the truth is that everything was perfect but sometimes I was using an app or game and the screen was frizzy, Now with this iPhone 13 Pro the downside, leaving the aesthetic aside, is that the phone overheats a lot and the battery is consumed too quickly despite being at 100%, if these sections are improved, obviating that they are reconditioned, I think it could raise the value of their products. After two not-so-pleasant experiences with another provider, we tried Backmarket. And bought an IPhone 11 Pro in Excellent there. We were not disappointed! Battery 98%, display and casing in perfect condition. I will buy another IPhone here. Highly recommended.

I bought a phone and I ordered it with a new battery and I have the feeling that it does not hold what it should hold, I was about to return it but I was left without a phone and I did not feel like making the return and buy another ........ You wanted to know so this is what you get. Thanks

The phone in general goes very well and has a new battery but at times it gets very hot, until you can not touch it so hot that it is on the back, we will wait a few days and if we ask for support.
