Although I chose an "excellent" condition the iphone display is not a genuine Apple part. I get this message in my settings, but you also notice it in daily use. Sometimes the screen does not react or is frozen. On sunny conditions you can barely see anything on the phone. As it is a very complicated procedure to return/exchange the phone, I will keep it for now. But if it does get worse, I will use the 1 year warranty and return it. There is no customer service who can help or advise. The instructions on how to return an item are impossibly long and complicated. I have bought an iphone on BackMarket before and that really was in excellent condition. This seller I would definitely not recommend.

I thought I'd bought a phone with an original battery, but I've discovered that it's been replaced. Hence the message from my phone informing me that it can't tell me the quality of the battery. I would have liked to have been informed of this battery change when I bought my phone. Best regards Thierry Braillon
