After all these years with Huawei, it was time for a change and I'm delighted with my purchase (as with each of my last 3 laptops) from Backmarket. The Samsung s22 meets my expectations in terms of photo quality. After all, I'm not addicted to social networking or video games, so it's great for my day-to-day applications. What's more, it's the perfect size for me, for once I've found a laptop that's not too big!

It's my first purchase and I don't think it will be the last, very happy with both the quality and the price, and that's because I bought the basic one but I'm doing very well on the day and what can I say about the quality, not a scratch! I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the price.

Very mixed opinion! The positive: 1) I received it within the advertised time. 2) The condition corresponded to the description. Negative: Impossible to make or receive phone calls! The only way to make a phone call was to use what'App or to connect via wifi-telephone. I think I've found the solution with "Samsung customer service". With the IMEI number, I was told that the device was a phone previously used in the USA and that it had been badly reconditioned (which was why it wouldn't accept European calls). On the advice of the person I spoke to, I was able to reset the networks ... and everything seems to be working now.... after two weeks of trouble with this device!!!!

In general I am very happy, only at the beginning I noticed that the battery was consumed soon. I don't know if it's because I don't have it set correctly, I set it to optimise (I think) the applications and I'm noticing that the battery lasts longer. I hope not to have problems

I placed an order for a Samsung S20 Received quickly, neatly and superbly. After testing it turns out that the phone had a problem impossible to call or be called back. Easy return I was quickly returned another Samsung S20, and there no worries everything works! Thanks for the quick exchange!

The device arrived in perfect condition. It corresponds to the selected status. I note that it takes a long time to charge despite consulting battery status and apparently everything being in order, I also note that it runs out sooner than expected.
