1st time I've bought a reconditioned phone. Getting it up and running was tricky, and I had to ask for help from a phone repair shop. However, once the phone was up and running, I was very pleased with my purchase. The quality of the photos is incredible. The only downside was the sound, which wasn't great. I recommend back market and the Huawei p30.

I broke my phone on 02/11 in the morning, at 11am I had placed an order for a Huawei p30 lite, I took the express delivery at 5euro, the next day less than 24 hours later at 10:30am I had received my new phone. I am extremely satisfied with the speed of the service. The phone is in very good condition. The battery has probably lost a little but apart from that I'm really pleased. This is my 2nd phone from Back Market since 2021. I'll be ordering the next one here too!

I ordered the Huawei P30 128g for a relative. I already have one for myself and I've convinced my brother to get one for him too. From my personal experience with this phone, I had bought it new on another platform and I would like to say that I have never encountered any particular problem, breakdown or anything else. I'm very happy with its battery, its 128g storage capacity, which is more than enough, and its compact, fluid format with 8g RAM. I bought it in perfect condition and there's nothing wrong with it. The battery is also holding up really well (that's the best thing about this phone). I'd recommend it, it also takes great photos. :)

I was surprised to find that the device was just wrapped in tissue paper. Delivered a day early, when I opened the packaging, the device was in a blister pack, I was surprised I expected it to be wrapped in tissue paper or bubble wrap. The battery was at 80%, installing the sim card and transferring my old phone was a breeze. I didn't think that the "like new" mention at the time of my choice was so blatant. This is my 1st purchase from Back Market and I would recommend it without hesitation to my friends.

Always happy with Back Market, the phone works perfectly. The delivery time is a bit long when the old phone is broken and you have no means of communication before the reconditioned phone arrives. Apart from that, everything is perfect!

Back Market is an excellent dealer in reconditioned products, there's no doubt about it, the machine is well honed, and behind the hyper-efficient shop window, behind the 'cool' identity it gives itself, lies a likely future formidable leader of the now trendy 'resurrected products' market. All this commands respect, and I'd like to take my hat off to the people who work hard every day to make sure it all works properly, but, because there is a but, as a customer I can't help but express a certain dissatisfaction after receiving my latest purchase from the site. I paid for an appliance that was supposed to be 'as good as new', with no scratches whatsoever, but I have to admit that it does have a few - nothing too serious, of course, but there are scratches all the same. I also made a choice of colour for my future purchase, but this was not respected, it's even written black and white on the box. I asked for blue, and when I saw "pearly" on the label, I saw red! I'm going to give it a miss this time, as the scratches will soon be masked by a protective shell, and luckily the pearlescent finally suits me better than the blue I'd chosen. But with claims like that, can you seriously afford such approximations? So I know that there is a possibility of returning the product, etc... But quite honestly I don't want to waste any more time, I really need this phone, and I don't want to start a returns procedure which, although it's presented as being "hyyyper easy", will in fact be a bit laborious. If you want to compete with new products by emphasising a better price and service to the planet, then I think you owe it to yourself to honour your commitments to the end, and I say that for your own good. Qualitative phone that looks like new... I'm familiar with the Huawei range, and I don't think I'll be disappointed. The case, purchased at the same time, also looks good. I hope it does its job perfectly....
