The phone arrived the very next day! The installation also worked great, but unfortunately the phone did not recognise my SIM card! After speaking to the seller on the phone, I was told that there was a fault with a SIM lock in the phone! I then received a return label and my money back! My old device was repaired and is now back with me! All in all a top service with which I was very satisfied!
