The phone arrived the very next day! The installation also worked great, but unfortunately the phone did not recognise my SIM card! After speaking to the seller on the phone, I was told that there was a fault with a SIM lock in the phone! I then received a return label and my money back! My old device was repaired and is now back with me! All in all a top service with which I was very satisfied!

This is the 3rd time I have bought either an i-phone or an Apple Book from Apple. All purchases have gone smoothly and the goods have always been better than described. Always happy to return!

87% battery life. Fair external condition, but a lot of wear on the lenses. Disappointed with this given the price premium specifically given to avoid wear and tear. The rest, however, is really good (responsive, no major scratches on the screen, etc.).

Fast delivery. Device technically flawless. Glass front has a small scratch on the top right. No longer visible with foil. Battery 97 per cent. My second device from backmarket. Any time again.

I was unfortunately disappointed with the order this time. The optical condition of the device was perfect and the dispatch was more than satisfactory. Unfortunately, the display of the IPhone 13 did not work properly, it did not respond in certain places. I returned the device and received a full refund including the service fee.

Everything was in order and satisfactory. Only the replacement battery is not recognised as an Apple battery.

I have only been using the device for a fortnight, but so far I am very satisfied. The device even arrived with a screen protector and cover. Battery life is also shown as exceeding my expectations. I'm looking forward to the long-term test, but at the moment I'm delighted!
