The item is materially in new condition, the reconditioning was perfect. Only criticism: windows was not reset correctly, which caused connection problems and language configuration problems. Apart from this, I am very satisfied.

Frankly not disappointed. On paper an iPhone 14 pro 128gb black in excellent condition and the contract is fully respected. Minimal scratches, if any, and impeccable quality. Thanks again

iPhone 15 arrived in excellent condition, no scratches, perfect screen, and battery in 100% condition. Taken Friday arrived Monday of the following week. 1 day ahead of schedule.

Phone with its protective film, so like new. I'm very satisfied, it works very well. The battery doesn't last very long, I use it a lot but it's a problem with the Z Flip, which I've already encountered with two previous Z Flip phones.

So far, there are no nasty surprises apart from the .... keyboard, which is Belgian and not French (this has an impact on the positioning of the symbols on the keyboard). And there's no numeric keypad, contrary to what's stated in the advert!

I was skeptical about ordering, but delivery was quick, so I'm happy. The phone is perfect, but I haven't used it yet, so I'll have to wait and see.

Arrived in record time (2 days) perfect product exceeding expectations, perfectly packaged, even had the wifi card which was not supposed to be there, works great.

It's ok. Not as amazing as all the reviews I have read. The set up was awkward, because everything was defaulted to French, and I wanted an English laptop for working, as all my work is in English. Even though I have changed everything to English, a lot of the System and Windows items still appear in French. The battery life is nowhere near what it claims to be. Doesn't really connect to my Samsung phone that easily, it's very unreliable. The keyboard is quite loud to type, and feels cheap, which I really do not like, so not great if you type a lot for work, which I do. I wanted a number keypad, as I do a lot of data work, but it's small and weirdly set up compared with previous laptop (HP Envy). I needed a QWERTY laptop urgently, and this was the only one I could find in my price range that seemed to fit my needs, but the noisy keyboard, short battery life, and the default system setups have made it a bit disappointing. However, it works and the screen is nice and bright.
