Best buy in my whole life. Price was a fraction compared to new one, but most importantly, it looks, works and feels like a brand new one. there is not a single scratch, not even around usb or any other ports. First bought second hand one from Amazon, 6 keys on the keyboard didn't work and HDMI port also. sent it back and still waiting for refund. I'm regretting not finding Back Market 1st. If my next purchase will also be that good, I'll praise Back Market even more... And by the way, shipping from Denmark to Ireland, right after new year in 3 days, that was really appreciated after Amazon Christmas experience...👍

The processor included in the PC was not an i5-9600 but an i5-9400. there was a 2TB hdd included which is fine but not as described in the add. there was a quadro p1000 included as part of the pc also.

Hi, I received the PC, and everything works fine, except the Bluetooth, I replaced the dongle installed by a TP ub 400 This didn't do anything and I spent 3 hours with the TP Link ingénierie, and it seems that the bluetooth was already installed.. I bought a 3 meter audio câble. But, at every starting of the PC, the system asks me to reboot and it works.. I will have a look at the problem when i have a little bit more time.. This is the first time I have bought a laptop from backmarket and I must say it has been a positive experience. The laptop works well, cosmetically it only has some small signs of wear but otherwise everything is ok. It's a shame that in a couple of years it won't be able to be upgraded.

The only problem I faced was that I've been informed by call that this laptop had HDR when it did not, though I'd like to highlight their courteousy. Besides that, it came in really good conditions, as it should, with ~89% battery life. The delivery was fast.
