Fast delivery and laptop arrived as described.

The processor included in the PC was not an i5-9600 but an i5-9400. there was a 2TB hdd included which is fine but not as described in the add. there was a quadro p1000 included as part of the pc also.

I'm delighted with the laptop, it's exactly what I wanted. It was a good price and the speed of delivery was first rate. Back Market is highly recommended.

Hi, I received the PC, and everything works fine, except the Bluetooth, I replaced the dongle installed by a TP ub 400 This didn't do anything and I spent 3 hours with the TP Link ingénierie, and it seems that the bluetooth was already installed.. I bought a 3 meter audio câble. But, at every starting of the PC, the system asks me to reboot and it works.. I will have a look at the problem when i have a little bit more time.. The age of the laptop is nice to know. That it was a windows 10 pro and not windows 11 is unfortunate, apparently a bit older than expected? A bit tricky when installing, as you often come across it: when e.g. Microsoft asks whether it's 10 or 11. But fortunately the programmes and apps are working well so far and it's a nice keyboard! It all looks neat without scratches, but then again, that cost a few tens more.

This is the first time I have bought a laptop from backmarket and I must say it has been a positive experience. The laptop works well, cosmetically it only has some small signs of wear but otherwise everything is ok. It's a shame that in a couple of years it won't be able to be upgraded.

The only problem I faced was that I've been informed by call that this laptop had HDR when it did not, though I'd like to highlight their courteousy. Besides that, it came in really good conditions, as it should, with ~89% battery life. The delivery was fast.

the Microsoft tablet pro 5 is very clean but on the other hand there were scratches on the Microsoft logo on the back and the English keyboard is damaged I would like it to be mentioned but for the rest it is good

Since I know the iPad and it is sufficient for my purposes, I looked for and found a cheap second-hand one here. According to the selection, excellent. I can only confirm that. No scratches, no dents. Can't find fault with anything. A purchase of refurbished devices will not be the last
