Delighted with the gift, the person is new to photography so I can't tell you much about the camera but my experience with Back Market has been as usual...perfect! Except for one downside that I think is a real shame, the Nikon D5500 camera I received in the D5600 box! I was a little disappointed when I opened the gift and it was a bit of a shame for me!

Wow! First refurbished purchase for me. I hate second-hand. I gave it a go and I'm really pleased! I saved €1250 compared to new. Here I am with a 2nd R5. The box is less than a year old and shows no signs of wear. It works perfectly and the 12-month warranty is reassuring. Thanks BM

I bought it in excellent condition and it is brand new. You can only tell it's reconditioned because the lens was a bit dirty but it's amazing how it arrived and how well it works.

The purchase and delivery process was perfect, with sufficient communication and good delivery times. The goods were delivered in good condition. As for the lens, I had no particular comments, its cosmetic condition was perfect, with no signs of wear or knocks, scratches or anything else. Mounting it on my camera showed that it worked perfectly and there were no particular defects in the optics. Just some noise from the electric zoom, which I thought was high but not annoying. However, I wasn't able to compare it to another equivalent model, so this may be perfectly normal. So I'm perfectly happy with my purchase and would probably repeat the experience with other products.

The product arrived PERFECT. It's the first time I've bought something from Back Marquet and I had my doubts, but I couldn't have been happier. Packaging, presentation, condition of the product... hard to believe it's not brand new.
