The Mac arrived well packed, with a few marks on the display as indicated in the description. I had to reset the operating system from the beginning because being German everything was in this language (which for me is worse than Arabic :D apart from a few problems with the keyboard (also German) for the rest the machine is perfect and fast. I'm happy. (For now) :D

I bought this laptop and it arrived as described, "very good condition", it had some light scratches and a knock in the corner, but it is a sturdy laptop so this is not a problem. It did not come with "Windows" and the battery status was 80%, the BIOS was unlocked, I am happy with the purchase. Thanks

I was looking for cheap notebooks and came across Back Market. Since they were made from used new ones, I thought it was great, the device looks like new and that's how it works. I am super satisfied and can work with it immediately. Any time again.

le Elitebook fait ce qu'il faut, puissant et fiable. Unfortunately, it was delivered two weeks late (one point less). But technically it's top: the installation (Windows installation, Office installation and a few applications) was quick. We bought the Elitebook to replace a Samsung Galaxy Book. compared to that, the Elitebook is more powerful and more engaging than ever before. big plus (and our main reason): the connection during the video conference and the quality of the image: simply top. everything is fine 👍.

the laptop looks very good, so really like new. unfortunately, there were a lot of problems when setting it up. In the end, I installed a new Windows 10 and then I had no more problems, but I was still very annoyed.

It is perfectly packaged and practically without scratches. The product, a 10, the shipping first and then the delivery was delayed and the communication with the transport agency (DHL) leaves something to be desired.

A great laptop and above all a great first time buying used technology! Very fast delivery, very good quality - almost like new in "very good condition"
