The machine wont work, a red flashing light showing up and i watched videos online as to what could be the problem but theres none, its just a faulty machine and im having problems with returning it as i dont have the sellers real name or address for a return, only to a shopping cnetre

Super happy with this purchase, delivered on time and impeccable product. Works perfectly, excellent gaming performance. Of course the battery discharges quickly, but like all gaming PCs. Unbeatable value for money!

Several applications don't work, some require updates even though they've already been done, and some websites aren't compatible with the search engines used (chrome, google or samsung internet), which are also updated. The photos are of good quality, as are the calls.

Condition of PC very satisfactory, received promptly. Unfortunately there had been no factory reset, and the Windows admin account had a password. I had to format it and redo a clean installation.

Completely satisfied with the computer, as expected it has good graphics power for its price, the downside is its noise when running at high speed and its autonomy (less than 2 hours to leave a film).

Item in "good condition" rather than "very good condition" as stated. The rubber on the rear wheel has been damaged by wear. One of the paddles has traces of rust (a known problem on this model). The rubber stop for the brake is missing. Package ok, fast delivery Otherwise OK in use
