When purchasing the phone, it said it was eSIM compatible. When it arrived, there was no way to add an eSIM. It turns out the model number for this phone was one manufactured for the Chinese/Hong Kong market which does not support/have eSIM capabilities. The phone itself was in excellent condition, however as I could not use it the way I intended, I have to give a 1 star review.

Everything's fine except for a problem with the battery: it's at 100% of maximum capacity but as soon as I try to charge the phone when it's at less than 20% it drops by 5-7% in one go and then starts charging.

Received faster than expected Matches my order 256GB light purple colour I transferred everything from my old phone to the new one, perfect The only problem is that the ring tone is not very loud, although it is turned up to full volume. Otherwise 👍👍👍👍👍 I'm waiting for my kit to send me my old mobile which I bought back.

The iPhone was delivered within 2 days and is in top premium condition, just as ordered.

We didn't think the mobile phone would be as good as new. It's for our daughter, as her old mobile phone was simply no longer up to date.

my daughter is over the moon and loves it. for me, as it's not new, it's a bit expensive but it's worth it. in fact, it's very good as described.
