The truth I can not be more satisfied with the order, it said it would arrive within 5 days and it took me only two days to arrive, the mobile so far so good, it does not even seem reconditioned, this all 10 points, very happy so far and obviously recommend q buy in this application

Phone arrived very quickly in excellent condition. This is my 2nd purchase from Backmarket and I am delighted. My previous phone, which had already been reconditioned, came with a two-year warranty, so it lasted four years. What's more, I really like their communication style, which is young and dynamic. Mobile bought for my daughter who has a blocked package, so the phone is not affordable by the operator. Luckily BACK MARKET exists! Phone ordered on their site, received in very good condition, like new. All accessories in the box (charger, cable etc). Fast delivery by carrier. This is my 3rd refurbished phone and I'm really impressed.

I received the order very quickly, earlier than expected. I bought it in very good condition and has arrived with a perfect appearance, a fully correct operation and battery at 100%, the phone looks new. A very recommendable seller.

Thank you for the quality of the product. If I'm not mistaken, when you say that it comes with a charger, you should say that you only supply the cable. I find that the definition of the photos is not as good as on the A32, which I had before, this is the only problem I encountered, I should have been more careful. My A32 (which is why I changed to an A12) shuts down after a minute and then restarts, non-stop; I would like to recover the photos inside, would you have a fixable solution? Thank you. Cdt

I ordered with a bit of trepidation, but I ended up with a Mac in perfect condition (even though I ordered it in decent condition), with no scratches or marks. Just to clarify, I took out the insurance that goes with it. I don't know if that made any difference to the result. Maybe if you order without insurance they'll take the opportunity to give you a worse product (that's what happened when I ordered my airpods). In short, a great experience, nothing to complain about. The only little hitch was the fact that I didn't have a box. In other words, the Mac arrived just in bubble wrap... A little advice: take out insurance, I think it will change their mind about sending this or that macbook.

Fast delivery and device in very good condition. A little stress when the phone doesn't switch on, but after plugging it into the mains, the battery is recognised and works fine. It's not possible to see what level it's at (non-Apple hardware), but it lasts two days without recharging, so it's above the 85% promised.

The iPad arrived quickly. It's in great condition. No signs of use. It's well maintained and does everything it's supposed to. I'm satisfied with this purchase. I think I can trust Back Market products
