The only thing that disappointed me was the application of the plastic screen protector inside the phone, because the second time I closed the phone there was a crack inside and practically the plastic protector came off towards the centre. I tried to reapply it but it always came off, so I decided to peel off the whole pre-applied protector from the back market and now it is working fine.

I was a bit wary of refurbished iPhones at first, but my iPhone 13 Pro "premium" arrived flawless. I've had it for 3 weeks now, but the results are amazing. A 10

IPhone 16e incompatible in France This is a Chinese iPhone that is not compatible with Apple intelligence, so the phone is no longer of interest. China, India and other countries are blocking Apple intelligence. I would like a replacement or a refund Thank you

Honestly very satisfied! iPhone 13 Pro Max received in perfect condition, new battery that lasts all day. I paid a bit more than other sellers, but it's really worth it. Thank you for your reliability

I have no regrets about ordering this iPhone 13, I didn't know what it was and I'll never go back to Android again. It takes a little while to get used to using the iPhone, but it works really well. Very good product, bought with new battery and received quickly despite a bank holiday in between when ordering.

Order received very quickly and iPhone 13 in perfect condition. After 10 days of use it works very well, my daughter is very happy with it. This is the 3rd time I've gone through backmarket and I've never been disappointed, I recommend it!

The iPhone 13 works very well. We didn't have any problems with it. But we did do a refurbishment plan and that's what I didn't like. They give you a price and then it's much lower than what they charge you. I will buy again, but I won't do it again, but I won't do a refurb.

Very satisfied with my purchase. Delivery and packaging perfect. Ipad air 256 go, premium quality like new. Nickel battery: I use procreate a lot for drawing and everything is fine. It heats up a little after a fair amount of use, but this is certainly due to my intensive use.
