This was a very positive expierence. The computer was exactly what was promised and arrived on time. A very very good price too. I only have one issue, a small one really. Windows media player will not load my library, I know my way around a pc, but for the life of me I cant find out why. other than that, Excellent. I would highly recommend BackMarket.

I expected the machine to be scuffed / scratched or something as the price was so good. But it is clean and it works perfectly. Very pleased

The truth is that it's a marvel. Super fast start up, very fast delivery, and exceptional performance.

The choice isn't easy, given the number of models on offer. I don't regret having chosen a Dell Core I5, which is very fast, after having used a reconditioned Dell I3 for several years, but very slow in the end. There are 3 downsides to my satisfaction (which I'll mention elsewhere): 1- when the power socket is switched on, the computer turns on and then shuts down within 2 seconds, so I have to switch it back on using the front panel switch. 2- The drive drawer doesn't open by itself, so I have to help it. 3- burning audio CDs makes a terrible noise (but it works...)!

So far I'm happy with everything. From the order to the delivery, it's been on time. I've already got my PC up and running with the w11 updates, and so far everything is normal. Once I've installed all of the new features and I'm working on it on a daily basis, we'll see how it performs.

Basically I'm fine with the PC but the condition was advertised as excellent which according to your definition are small scratches that are no longer visible at 20cm. However, the pc has clearly visible scratches. In addition, the bios battery was completely missing, which meant that the pc could not be started without adjusting the clock and date in the bios. Someone with little PC experience should have sent the PC back. Otherwise I am satisfied

super fast delivery, perfect computer, just the seemingly usual detail of having to replace the battery (which only costs a few euros but is always annoying when it arrives on a Sunday). Otherwise nothing to report, everything is perfectly in order. I obviously recommend Backmarket, when you see the savings.

Ordered in "perfect condition", received in perfect condition! No scratches or damage. I ordered it in white and there was no trace of dirt. After two weeks of use, everything is perfect, the magnetism holds the iPad perfectly, the keyboard and trackpad are as good as new and the hinge is very solid. You can feel that the product is still quite young. I even got the original Apple box (in poor condition though, but that's not the point, it's just a nice touch).
