Very good value

This was a very positive expierence. The computer was exactly what was promised and arrived on time. A very very good price too. I only have one issue, a small one really. Windows media player will not load my library, I know my way around a pc, but for the life of me I cant find out why. other than that, Excellent. I would highly recommend BackMarket.

I expected the machine to be scuffed / scratched or something as the price was so good. But it is clean and it works perfectly. Very pleased

I noticed that the device was damaged (broken PC monitor screen) immediately upon opening it. There was no damage on visible on the outside of the packing and I would say that a fair whack would have been necessary to bend the top left-hand corner of the monitor and crack the screen. Therefore, the only conclusion would seem to me to be that the monitor was already damaged when it was packed. I have already repacked the item for return and given it to the couriers.

So far, so good.better than I expected!

Very happy with my purchase. The appliance has very slight scratches but it's very clean inside! Not a speck of dust! The only downside is that there's no bay for an extra hard drive. I tinkered a bit to add one. Nothing insurmountable. I'd buy again.
