The Samsung Galaxy A55 128GB that I received corresponds to the description. Fast delivery and very well protected. Perfect condition. Easy to get used to and easy to transfer from my old phone. I'm happy with the quality of the photos and videos. Good reception, battery lasts 2 days (unless I do a lot of driving with gps). Shortcoming: the sensitivity of the keyboard, which is going to take me a bit of time to write down every word on the 1st try. I miss the Jack socket a bit.

Impacts all around the phone, the bottom volume key half broken, a gap between the screen and the frame of the phone (Top). I don't mind it being refurbished, but I still paid £144.99.

I was very happy with my purchase and the fast delivery. I was a little disappointed with the counter-offer to take back my phone, which had been valued at €75 and was finally taken back at €55, even though the description I had given was correct. But that's the way it is.

Very good reception thanks to a very competent person. The person was very patient because we are not on the same place to have code requested for the receipt of the package but everything went well and we are very happy.

I'm taking off one star because first of all I received a US version when I had chosen a physical dual sim, I told backmarket that I wanted a Europe version or a refund, I sent the phone back and they replaced it a week later with another, Europe version, very very clean with an almost new battery! So I'm very, very satisfied with the backmarket after-sales service and the seller. But I'm keeping one star because I had to endure 3 weeks with an old replacement phone lying around in a drawer.

It works well mostly, but two messages could not be sent and I had to resend them via WhatsApp. On the first attempt it said the number was not known even though the number was in my contacts! Though I am overall happy with my phone.

very good phone!! just an orange dot next to the emoticon, as if there was a small "update" to do, except that I checked EVERYTHING but there is no update to do and this orange dot does not disappear ... 😕 a bit of a pain for me as I'm a stickler... if you have a solution to this problem I'd love to hear from you!!!! thank you in advance
