The Samsung Galaxy A55 128GB that I received corresponds to the description. Fast delivery and very well protected. Perfect condition. Easy to get used to and easy to transfer from my old phone. I'm happy with the quality of the photos and videos. Good reception, battery lasts 2 days (unless I do a lot of driving with gps). Shortcoming: the sensitivity of the keyboard, which is going to take me a bit of time to write down every word on the 1st try. I miss the Jack socket a bit.

The phone is in very good condition and I'm completely satisfied with it. Only small detail: I had not paid attention to the size of this mobile. It's a bit big. I'd be happy to try your service again. Sincerely

I ordered a Samsung flip 6 refurbished in perfect condition. So far the phone works great, no scratches, perfect battery condition! Back market sent it with care 👍

The delivery was fast and reliable. However, it wasn't particularly secure either, as my mobile phone, which costs almost €1000, was waiting for me in the hallway on the stairs. It would have been much better to collect it from the parcel shop with ID confirmation. I also received the wrong colour. I explicitly ordered black and received grey. And the volume rocker has an uneven pressure point. Sometimes it clicks, sometimes you almost don't feel it when you press the rocker. That's what I'm most worried about for the future and I'm considering sending the device back. Everything else is fine. The mobile phone works perfectly and has hardly any signs of use on the outside.

The iPad arrived in excellent condition and we were able to set it up straight away. The dispatch was very fast, even though it came from France. Everything was perfect.

Top quality Samsung phone. But 2 small drawbacks: 1. The phone discharges quickly 2. The phone's microphone doesn't record well, whether it's during a call or for videos, you can't hear the sound of my voice very well (a problem given that in my line of work I have to use the microphone a lot for calls and to make videos I have to speak loudly or stick my mouth to the microphone).

I received the phone on the day I expected, which I was pleased with. There are no worrying problems with the phone and it's in good condition, so I'm happy with it for the time being. However, the battery drains quite quickly, even when I'm not using it, which is a bit of a problem. Also, a couple of days ago, the sound during my calls kept cutting out, which really worried me, but once I restarted it, the sound worked again. I hope it won't happen again soon.

Excellent phone in terms of functionality and battery life. The only thing is that, having chosen excellent quality, I have to say that on the top side and on the back side it had several stripes. But it's fine all the same.
