So to be honest, my last few back market orders have been rather laborious (phone not sent, phone not working...). But this time I was pleasantly surprised! - Very fast delivery (same day if I'm not mistaken), - Very well packaged and protected with bubble wrap and solid box, - Phone literally in perfect condition and 100% charged (thank you, that never happens!), - The parcel is complete and the little attention from the reconditioner makes me very happy: screen protector and transparent cover. Frankly, I'm really happy! A faultless refurbisher! I warmly recommend it! If the phone is faultless soon? I'll still be delighted! Thank you AlexPhone 😉

I received my iphone 12 pro max 2 weeks ago, in very good condition but I can say that it is in perfect condition it is like new without any scratches, with a shell and glass protection offered, the only comment I have is that the battery was 86% and after 2 weeks it is 84% I will see in another 2 weeks if it will still decrease but apart from that everything is perfect. I have already bought two phones here iPhone 12 and 13 I will not deny that at first I was very suspicious to leave my money on a virtual page that I do not know and you had never bought but I was recommended and has been great so far no problem, I had ordered the 13 blue, and the only one left had a problem in the camera and they called me to tell me if I could send another colour I said yes and I loved it, my experience with back market has been the best I recommend it 💯

Everything is perfect. Very fast delivery and the finish is excellent. It does not have the slightest mark. It is like new and the battery is at 95% of maximum capacity. It also came with charging cable, headphone jack to lighting adapter, transparent case and screen protector. Totally recommended.

Product arrived in impeccable condition with just a few glue residues (easily removed with a wipe of alcohol); product dispatch was very quick (only one working day); battery is 100% healthy and I was also given a cover and slide. Nothing to say except outstanding!

The phone is fine, but not the physical description does not match 100% with what I bought on the web. I bought one in excellent condition and one has arrived, correct. It has marks of use around the edge of the mobile, even has dirt marks on the earpiece and charging area. The screen and camera are as good as new.

I bought the iPhone 14 Pro in good condition, where in the description it says, slight marks of use and impeccable screen. Well, that's not the case, there are several scratches on the screen, but the casing has no marks of use. I considered sending it back for a refund or repair, but as I was out of phone and the price difference was small I decided to take it on. The phone came completely dirty, full of dust or dirt in the inlets. The only good thing was the 100 per cent battery. Obviously it must not be original, but still 100 per cent. It was my first negative experience with BackMarket, not with BackMarket itself, but with this seller.

On delivery, the packaging needs to be reviewed, as it's still in the box, other than a micro-scratch on the screen and on the edge, I'm happy with it. Problem with Apple Pay (may have been reset incorrectly) but that's just a minor detail. 91% battery life for around 250 cycles
