My very first refurbished purchase... and I'm bluffed! I ordered a MacBook Pro M3 Pro, and I honestly didn't expect such quality. The computer is literally like new: no scratches, 100% battery with only 3 charging cycles! I didn't think refurbished could be at this level. Special mention to Agence Grey: careful and well-protected packaging, nothing to complain about contrary to some reviews I had read. I'm satisfied with the machine I ordered because it's good. Instead of an I5 as indicated on the advert, I realised that it's an i7. The battery doesn't last long enough (acceptable), but that's fine with me as I received its charger (even though it's not original). This is my first purchase on this platform and I am quite satisfied. Black Market does a good job. The delivery date was respected and the tracking logistics are also excellent. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase of the Lenovo ThinkPad T470 on Back Market! The PC fits the description perfectly. With its 2.6 GHz Core i5 processor, 1 TB SSD and 32 GB RAM, it meets all my needs in terms of performance and speed. A big thank you to the vendor, who added a much-appreciated sales gesture: an extra TB of storage and a 500 GB external drive. I have received my PC, but instead of a Latitude 5410 I have received a Latitude 5420. It's a good model and in good condition, so I'm keeping it. In my receipt it says 5410. What about the warranty? Can you correct my receipt?

Item received in good condition and matching the description, although arrived quite dirty is in a bag as the only protection. Now the reconditioners have not lied, the PC works very well for the moment, and I want to thank them for their seriousness and professionalism, I recommend.

The computer is in great condition, like new, except for the keys. They have different fonts and colour because it is clearly a keyboard in another language that has been adapted to be in Spanish. In terms of operation, it works great.

Generally satisfied with the transaction, but the computer was received after a few weeks (Windows 11 installed on it) and there was a little disappointment: the French keyboard was in fact a reprogrammed qwerty with stickers on the keys. But the seller was very reactive and professional: he offered a free return delivery and replaced the keyboard with a genuine AZERTY one within a week, free of charge! Works perfectly with double boot (W11/Linux Zorin X) recently installed, the battery seems a little worn but otherwise everything works!
