My very first experience with BackMarket was great! As my mobile phone unexpectedly gave up the ghost, I needed a replacement quickly and was looking for a device that could still be updated and offered good value for money. I quickly decided on an iPhone SE (2020) for just over 100 euros and couldn't believe that it was with me just one day after placing the order. Absolutely top! The installation of the backup went without a hitch and everything else is great too! Thank you for this great opportunity!

In general, the goods are very okay and delivered quickly / safely. However, it would be good if the conditions such as "Good", "Very good" also referred to the internal condition. The CPU fan on the device was quite dirty. This should not be the case with the "Excellent" condition.

My Lenove ThinkPad does exactly what it should. It not only looks like new, but also performs as expected. Even the battery is not weakening after 6 hours of continuous use. All in all, I can only rate the experience with Back Market as excellent and recommend it to others.

I bought this mobile phone for my child. The functionality of the phone is excellent, but there is a catch: I was not informed that the screen has some defective pixels and is completely covered with stripes. That was disappointing...

As usual, very happy! Everything is going well. Nothing negative to report at the moment. Tablet very well protected in the packaging and arrived very quickly. Once again, thank you Back Market and your selection.

At first I was sceptical about buying a used appliance. But now I am extremely satisfied. There are no scratches on the device, the display is in great condition and so far (approx. 2 weeks) I haven't had to charge the battery. I will gladly buy a second-hand device again.

The iPhone8 was purchased with the optical condition "Good". However, it actually shows only minor signs of use. It was delivered quickly. It is currently working without any problems. Let's see how it continues to behave. At the moment, I can only recommend Back Market.

The order processing was flawless. The mobile phone has some scratches on the display, but this fits the condition description well. It's a shame, I used to have a mobile phone in good condition that looked much better.

The dispatch was good and safe. The mobile phone runs like a charm even though it has been around for a while and there are no signs of use, the battery performance is more than I expected and the battery capacity is the same.
