The order processing, packaging, delivery and also the iMac were great! The fact that the power adapter, keyboard and mouse are listed together as the scope of delivery at least suggests that all three items are also from Apple. However, this only applies to the power adapter. The keyboard and mouse are of the very worst quality and have to be replaced immediately. That doesn't fit together at all. A very good customer experience up to that point is unnecessarily ruined. Either don't add anything or add original items. It gives the impression that (in contrast to other refurbished providers) a higher price is being charged here because Apple accessories are included - but this is not the case. That's a shame and not good for you and your image. You should check if anyone reads this. VG

Order and despatch quick and easy. The iMac is in first-class condition. However, when the computer including keyboard and mouse is offered, I expect Apple products (preferably refurbished). Instead, the device comes with absolutely cheap products. I have still not been able to connect the keyboard to the Mac. Neither via Bluetooth nor with a cable. This should not be the case and leads to a devaluation!

Hello back Market, I've called on you several times now to buy computer equipment (tablet, MacBook, phone). This time, I needed to replace my 2011 iMac and I naturally turned to you. My experience has been mixed. My iMac arrived equipped with a new keyboard and mouse, which made me sweat. I almost sent the whole thing back to you because it was impossible to pair the keyboard and start the Mac. After two days of unsuccessful attempts, I had the presence of mind to plug in my old wired mouse and pair up my old Apple keyboard from 2011 and there it was: miracle, the Mac starts up. In the end, I end up with a new keyboard and mouse that I'll probably never use, and I'll have to spend £100 on a new compatible keyboard if I want to continue using my two iMacs while I finish transferring my data. In fact, the real price of a functional refurbished iMac is not as good as a new one, as it is for a MacBook, for example (no need to buy a keyboard). What's more, by choosing refurbished products, you're trying to avoid over-consumption, and now I've got a brand new keyboard and mouse that I can't use, and I'm going to have to dispose of them. The computer was refurbished in Italy, and despite the explanatory sheet included in the parcel, it wasn't easy to configure it with the right language and keyboard. I would have preferred it if the country of origin of the computer had been more clearly indicated! Similarly, it should have been clearly indicated that the charger supplied was not an Apple brand charger.

The imac arrived very punctually, as stated with UPS from Italy to DE within just under 48 hours. Cables are half original, keyboard and mouse are not from Apple. New and OVP but from a no name company. The Bluetooth must be connected to the Mac via USB port. The imac has no optical damage or scratches. Deduction for the non-Apple keyboard/mouse

The iMac is perfect, both aesthetically and functionally. The delivery was very fast, even earlier than expected. The score would be five out of five if they had not sent a non-original keyboard and mouse, whoever buys an iMac wants an apple keyboard and mouse, at no point in the purchase process was it specified that they were not the originals.

Hi, the iMac is beautiful and in perfect condition, thank you. However, I seem to remember that you used to offer an Apple keyboard and mouse, which is no longer the case. Neither works with Bluetooth, it's low-end compatible and it's not very good. I'm going to have to invest in an Apple keyboard and mouse. Apple on top of my budget. What a shame! Thierry

I bought an iPad Pro from back market because I thought why not a refurbished one. I've heard good things about back market (Given that I bought a new iPhone 14 in a Swiss Apple shop (Basel) which always had a sound problem and which they didn't exchange under warranty even after several complaints! So I wasn't wrong at all.... It is like NEW fast and careful delivery from a back market reseller in Italy, secure payment, It is more economical and it works very well I recommend apple product and I will order again on back market.
