The iMac is perfect, both aesthetically and functionally. The delivery was very fast, even earlier than expected. The score would be five out of five if they had not sent a non-original keyboard and mouse, whoever buys an iMac wants an apple keyboard and mouse, at no point in the purchase process was it specified that they were not the originals.

Hi, the iMac is beautiful and in perfect condition, thank you. However, I seem to remember that you used to offer an Apple keyboard and mouse, which is no longer the case. Neither works with Bluetooth, it's low-end compatible and it's not very good. I'm going to have to invest in an Apple keyboard and mouse. Apple on top of my budget. What a shame! Thierry

Excellent seller. My MacBook Pro 14" perfectly protected, the packaging is done professionally, even better than the packaging from Apple. Absolutely perfect! My first refurbished order, I was very, very scared when I saw some of the comments on the platform or retailers, but nothing to report! I'm even wondering if the iPad hasn't just come out of an Apple shop, no visible defects or scratches, I checked everything: battery, sound, perfect quality, clean packaging. Admittedly the seal containing the iPad was open, but I think that's due to the repackaging! The charger is generic but works well! Very relieved and pleasantly surprised thank you, I recommend! Hello, I ordered an Imac for my studio and I have received the computer which suits me in every way. However, receiving a keyboard and mouse made of PLASTIC is not right. What's more, the mouse isn't USBC, so I have to use an adapter... Our job requires us to work with professional quality tools. I've never had a problem of this type in the past and I have to admit that I have to buy a new machine but I'm getting cold feet. Can you do anything about this?

Excellent. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have just one small complaint about the keyboard and mouse, which are not Apple, but which work very well. Fortunately I kept mine. I highly recommend your site and will not hesitate to buy from you again in the future. Jacques

A good Mac Book exactly as described. My only complaint is that it didn't come with an original Apple charger (didn't even expect a magsafe cable) but a very cheap feeling USB C charger, which I threw away and bought an original one. Due to the strong heat development of the power supply (approx. 60-70 degrees c with an empty mac book), I did not feel it was safe to use it. But this is only a small detail, the Mac book arrived in very good condition. And I am very satisfied.

I am very happy with the purchase of this product and it is the second time I have bought the previous product was iPhone 13 and I am very happy with the purchases. Thank you I will keep looking for things and it will not be the last time I buy.
