Happy so far

Hi. I'm writing to you because I ordered a Sony xperia xz3 phone from your site. I'm disappointed because it has a network problem. Nobody can reach me. So far I'm disappointed.

Very good

Delivery: parcel half-opened, carton in poor condition, leaflet paper inside to protect the phone, as if it were a parcel sent from a private individual. Use: 2 times during a call, I lost the person I was talking to, the phone was switched off and no key was active for 15 seconds. Not at all the serious back market I knew.

Telephone in very good condition

The cell phone said it was in very good condition and not great! However the condition of it for me is more than excellent! There are no scratches except one under the volume down button! Flawless phone for its years! Only negative is the charging cable which does not come with a charger and the quality is terrible

I received the phone. The condition was perfect but I am having problems with the configuration of the keyboard which has lower case characters and does not want any accentuation. Despite several resets and requests to sony support, it's always the same problem.

Technically impeccable around the audiovisual and is totally in perfect condition. The bad thing is that the apps from playstore are not optimized for the terminal, which fail too often and you have to restart them or wait to refresh them. They should work on them more in the system updates.
