This was my first purchase from Black Market and it's unlikely to be my last. I had lost my Samsung S10 and due to a very long illness and financial strapped I just could not afford a fancy new phone. I looked high n low with a budget of €180.00. I saw the Xiaomi 12T with 256kgb in a striking blue looked fab and was a 2022 model with 5g lost of other fab features to booth. The phone in 3 days 😀 very well packaged and in perfect condition much better than I expected. I've had three weeks and only charged it twice I'm not a heavy user but the battery is great. I'm very happy with the Xiaomi 12T and a fab service from Black Market. Would highly recommend.

The phone is excellent. The customer service and delivery from Back Market is disappointing. Phone was a week late arriving, struggled to find customer service to get help, even after they were given order number. Customer service agent gave loads of “American style customer help language but didn’t actually do anything of consequence.

The phone is very high-performance and can run CPU-intensive games at the highest graphic settings with ease while still feeling very smooth, in timing with when I touch the screen with no lag and no latency and quick response time. The phone feels very nice and is simple and easy to use, the camera is of high quality and has many options. The phone is nice to the touch and is satisfying to use. The phone does not heat up at all, it may heat up slightly when first setting up as it needs to download all the software but after that, the phone heating up is not an issue! This phone literally has no weaknesses! Its super smooth to use, has a nice feel to it, the camera has tons of options and is of good quality, the brightness can go up super high, can run games that would typically put stress on cpus with great ease even with high graphic settings and it doesnt even heat up! Long-lasting battery-life and came super fast, packaging not damaged at all, phone in amazing condition felt 100% new. Came with the charging wire but not the power brick, it did come with the SIM card ejector tool. I did not really think I needed a phone, just wanted something to get the job done. But this p...

The phone arrived a couple of days earlier than expected. I bought it in a 'good' condition, but it arrived without a scratch. I only had it for a few weeks, and it's been working well, so no complaints! This was not my first Backmarket purchase and the customer service and devices (but especially the customer service) never disappoint! Thank you!

Everything was perfect including the phone. I have it for 2 weeks now, looks and works excellent. I got it in it's box with a fast charger and layer. It came well packed and shipped in time. Would recommend to others and probably will buy more stuff. Thanks

I love my refurbed Xiaomi mi10T pro 5g it's a great phone, only one thing holding this review back- the battery. I'm doing my best to conserve it but I always have to carry a charger and it's stressful!
