Delivery even arrived a day early, phone looks brand new, great product. I ordered black and received the phone in blue but I love the colour!

The phone was in mint condition. I never thought it would look as new when I ordered. I didn't received the charger as mentioned on the advert but received a new usb cable along with the phone. Parcel was properly wrapped and delivered with in the mentioned time period. I'm happy with what I received!

I received my Xiomi Redmi Note 9 quickly and very well packaged. The exterior of the phone is like new. The battery is holding up very well. The phone itself is a little slow, but nothing to worry about. I need to get used to how it works, which is a lot less easy than my previous iPhone. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

The phone is exactly what I wanted and it's in impeccable condition. What a pleasure to feel that you've done something for the planet by buying a reconditioned phone. Having said that, it's not working properly! I'm waiting a little longer to see if it's going to sort itself out or if I'll have it taken back. Sylvain

This is the first time I have ordered from Back Market and I am very satisfied. The product delivered was as described and works perfectly. The delivery was fast and reliable. So in the future, when I buy a new product, I will first look at Back Market before I buy something new.

The OS is plagued by shitty Chinese apps that want to sell every little setting for €1, the menus are crap bugs, the phone is slow but tends to normalise with use. Next time I'll make sure I get a basic Android.

The problem was with the delivery: The deliveryman left the parcel on top of my letterbox, admittedly behind a low wall, but accessible to anyone. What's more, it was a rainy day, so I collected the parcel soaking wet, although fortunately it was well wrapped in bubble wrap.

Very good phone. My daughter is delighted. For a refurbished phone, it's great.

Very good but the colour does not match on the green ad I received blue but perfect condition! Can't wait for Christmas 😁
