Mobile received in 24h 👍 and very well packed. Nevertheless with a scratch on the screen more important than my understanding of the description of the expected level of quality. I'm waiting for my daughter to give me feedback on its daily use.

It's a great phone that I already knew about and I wanted to give one to my nephew as a present. He's really pleased with it, and so am I (!).

I bought a phone in decent condition (with possibly a few traces of use) but there is still a very visible scratch AND you can feel it when you touch it, which is a bit disappointing. The phone was also sent in a bubble envelope, which I find a bit risky given the knocks it can take during transport... Apart from that, the rest is very good.

Our new phone arrived very quickly with perfect packaging and very secure. As usual, I'm happy with my purchases on back market (on 2 accounts).

Fast delivery. Good quality telephone. Excellent sales service. I'm satisfied even if I haven't mastered all the functions yet.

The phone's battery won't hold out, so you're suggesting that I send it back by resetting the phone, but I don't currently have any other phone where I can do this - do you have any ideas?
