I bought this phone for the first time from BackMarket. The phone was sold in good condition, but almost new for me, with no scratches on the screen and only microscopic ones on the casing.

Problem initialising the phone. I had to clear the phone's wipe cache to finalise the initialisation process... The phone now seems to be working, but with a few software crashes (Android, MIUI12). After several updates to the kernel SDK, it works "almost fine". Facebook crashes systematically, but we don't use it, so no problem.

The phone is good. I first had this phone in 2019. It was an impressive phone. I liked it alot. When I saw Back Market was selling the same phone at a good price I was delighted. In comparison to my old phone it isn't identical. The phone is refurbished and I can tell the difference. The camera quality isn't the same especially when taking selfie pictures in my old phone the selfie pictures were if a higher standard. The phone however is a good one and I would recommend it to anyone. The pictures are sharp and the other features match my original

I received another smartphone, the redmi note 8. So much less efficient in every way. Thinking it had been sent incorrectly, I asked for it to be returned, without any problem. But the seller was unable to send me back the Mi 8 and proceeded to refund me. Which leads me to believe that he deliberately sent this one, thinking that I wouldn't see anything. So watch out!

It arrived faulty and I have been returning it for a week and I still haven't heard anything. I think you have a poor service, at least for this purchase. I have not had a good experience at all and I hope you will return it soon.
