Truly a brilliant transaction. I downsized from giant phone,but don't feel short-changed at all.Really fast and responsive. And a great weight in ONE hand too.

The mobile arrived to Ireland in a few days :) from France, it looks like perfect conditions and works perfectly. It has been my first purchase here but I really recommend backmarket.

The Xiaomi mi 11 is a model I love, since I bought the 'excellent' option I was waiting for a unit completely free of micro scratches. One or two of these are perhaps a little visible when the display is switched off. There is a slight battery drain perhaps correctable with an. eventual update. Overall, I'm glad to have. got an MI11 back. The white back cover is. really elegant. The software. is perfect and very responsive, fluid. A phone to show off and envy 😅

The item is in very good condition but I can't get a real invoice with VAT and I'm dealing with a robot who keeps repeating the same thing without solving my problem, which is a bit of a shame...

The phone is physically great and works very smoothly. The battery I think it lasts less than it should, in the ad it indicated that it is for daily use, it is not new, but I have to charge it in the middle of the day.

fairly fast delivery. the device arrived in very good condition. I am happy with all the features of my Xiaomi and especially the photo quality.

Goods are as described. The dispatch took a little longer. It was not recognisable when ordering that the device would be delivered from Spain. I am satisfied with the quality of the device. The battery could last a little longer.

I didn't deal with customer service, I didn't need it... The phone was for my son, and he's delighted with it! Great price, and a near-new phone in impeccable condition!

Good morning. a big problem has arisen. the phone does not turn on or do anything. suddenly it turned off at about 20% battery and does not start. I put it to charge with different cables and chargers and nothing. i try the hard reset with the power button and volume + and also with the - and also with the - and nothing. when it is plugged in it does not light the charging light and does not start... I need help or I need to change it for another one that works because I have it since June 18, so it is in a period of change. Please tell me a solution. Thank you.
