I love my refurbed Xiaomi mi10T pro 5g it's a great phone, only one thing holding this review back- the battery. I'm doing my best to conserve it but I always have to carry a charger and it's stressful!

Phone was delivered in a timely fashion. Despite only ordering it in "good" condition, both the screen and casing are completely scratch-free! Was initially concerned about the battery life of a refurbished phone, but the battery lasts about the same amount of time that you'd expect from a brand-new device. OS runs speedily, camera is great, user-friendly features are plentiful. Excellent product for the price, would highly recommend!

Everything worked perfect except for the delivery with fedex. Very confusing messages and website, you can't really change the time of delivery and I was never sure at what exact time they were delivering.

I'm surprised that the battery capacity (new) isn't better than on my previous phone (same model Mi 10 t pro) which wasn't new, even though my usage is exactly the same, same applications...

I am delighted. The order arrived quickly, on the date indicated. Although I bought a phone labelled as "in good condition" it is practically perfect. I am enjoying a high end handset for the price of a new low end handset and on top of that we have reduced e-waste and carbon footprint. I don't think I will ever buy a new phone again, BackMarket is the solution I needed. Highly recommended.

2nd order on this site 2nd problem... I took the phone that has small defects to pay less, but a phone that has a broken microphone and that does not allow me to be heard when I call ..... WHAT'S THE POINT?

My son has to disconnect and restart the phone to get it to the right battery level.

I am very happy with my purchase. It was delivered very quickly. The phone is in very good condition. Apart from a tiny scratch on the screen, it's as good as new. The battery life is decent and it takes very nice photos. These were my two criteria.

Great value for money second-hand with "very good condition" option. Beautiful design, light, fast, does not heat up. Large screen for watching films, great resolution for photos and videos... Super happy with my Mi 20T pro phone
