Everything worked perfect except for the delivery with fedex. Very confusing messages and website, you can't really change the time of delivery and I was never sure at what exact time they were delivering.

Phone was delivered in a timely fashion. Despite only ordering it in "good" condition, both the screen and casing are completely scratch-free! Was initially concerned about the battery life of a refurbished phone, but the battery lasts about the same amount of time that you'd expect from a brand-new device. OS runs speedily, camera is great, user-friendly features are plentiful. Excellent product for the price, would highly recommend!

Very fast delivery and the phone was like new. Just one problem with the charger supplied, which is not suitable for fast charging of the phone. Otherwise, this xiaomi 10t pro is really great. The battery lasts a good 2 days (using it) and the photos are very good. Two essential criteria for me. Very good value for money.

Very good condition as advertised, works perfectly, faster delivery than expected. The only problem is the size, I find it really big but I think it's all the new mobile phones that are like that!

The phone was sent from France and the general condition was classified as good. When I had the phone in use, I noticed that there were not obvious scratches inside the display. I would recommend selecting good condition only under certain circumstances.

I love it! It is wonderful and is in perfect condition, much better than I expected, the only thing I could comment is that the option I chose "in good condition" is assumed that the screen is perfect and may have flaws in other areas of the mobile, and in this case the opposite is true, the mobile is perfect except for the screen that has three tiny cracks, but they do not bother me at all. The quality of the phone at the price is spectacular. I recommend Back Market 100%.

The mobile has arrived super fast, I received it yesterday, it is like new on the outside, I have tried everything and it seems to work without problem. The only downside I can put is that something sounds inside the housing, as a loose piece but well in case of generating a fault in the future will resort to the warranty. Thank you.

The phone arrived working fine, but after a year or so it started to give audio problems. Doing a factory reset it worked fine for a few days, but then it would fail again. I made use of the warranty but BackMarket told me that there was no more support for that model (?). I got a full refund. So, my opinion of the phone is mediocre, but BackMarket's service is excellent.
