Everything perfect and on time, phone like new thanks again

Ordered Monday morning, received Tuesday at noon. Phone has no scratches and looks like new. Very satisfied.

I thought I was buying from BackMarket, but the product has come from Spain via another retailer. I might as well look on Ebay or leboncoin !!!!

the sellers are really abusing the fact of not having photos of the smartphone we are going to receive backmarket should require a photo of the product photos since it is a recycling! xiaomi 13 pro purchase received with dead pixel on front camera! I thought the smartphone purchased in perfect condition, was delivered in its original box with no problem on screen when activating the phone first disappointment dead pixels! how can you sell a smartphone at 550 € with such a problem and without original box ???? I tried my luck same disappointment on the second purchase! an obvious lack of seriousness on the part of the sellers, as no photo of the smartphone is provided before purchase, and sellers should specify when the original box is not provided on a smartphone in perfect condition! moreover, sellers should make an effort to charge the smartphone, as we only have a cable on arrival, and when you don't have a charger to hand when you receive it, it's a big problem with a battery at 0%! so of course I'm returning it, and I've taken the trouble to buy a charger for you to charge your smartphone!

I received the phone in perfect condition, the screen has no scratches nor the back shell, however the battery is dead the phone does not even last half a day I planned to change the battery, but for a phone that is supposed to pass the test at back market I do not believe it I find it borderline deceptive and fraudulent.
