Order received before the estimated time and Xbox + controller in the box, that's great! However, I received the console and controller in VERY dirty condition and the power cables weren't all there, no hdmi cable and no cable to recharge the controller. I can understand that this is a refurbishment, but it's unpleasant to have to scrub it as soon as you receive it.

Fast delivery and very well packaged. Very happy with my purchase. However, there is a small false contact on the usb plug on the front of the console. I changed the usb cable to see if it was my cable that was faulty, but it's the usb plug that's showing signs of weakness. It's a shame.

Very good, original box, well packaged. White joystick for black console but this is just a detail. Please add a power/joystick cable to recharge the battery.
