It takes forever to send items back for repair its been weeks and it's not even reached the destination yet

hm well I don't see what's reconditioned here until proven otherwise: Dirty controller, I had to clean it myself to remove the dead skin from the previous owner's controller. Lack of plastic support pads (they cost 2 euros, at least sell fully reconditioned). A few scratches, but I've accepted that so I don't have to worry about it. Generally, I would not advise taking in good condition (not with a seller who is a Cash)

Honestly good delivery, everything is in order there is the cable hdmi and the plug is a very good console on the other hand I expected to have the batteries that go with it, I had to put my own batteries otherwise there is nothing to say about the rest Thank you 👍

Packaging done well, console box very damaged but it doesn't matter so much. The console is in excellent condition and so far works very well without any problems. The only small negative is the pad...dirty with dust and rather scratched which doesn't really reflect the product in 'excellent condition'.

The product information is clear, and I bought this console in three clicks, knowing what I wanted. The delivery was extremely fast, the products were well packaged and they were as advertised. Thank you

The packaging and delivery were great. The Xbox is also flawless. Unfortunately, the controller supplied has a (apparently) loose contact. It keeps pressing upwards even when not touched. Let's see if I can fix the problem. It's just not a new product.😉 But otherwise everything is great.

Delivery was quicker than expected. The console is spotless, with no faults or bugs, just a small problem with the joystick, which activates by itself without you touching it.

Xbox came very well packaged, boyfriend loved it and had no idea it was refurbished! It came out of the box looking brand new, very clean and it runs so smoothly!
