Very very satisfied in every way. The choice and the prices already made me choose BackMarket, but the delivery was also super fast and meticulous. They provided me with everything I needed to get my phone back, which was deducted from the price - really very professional! And as for the robot hoover, I'm won over, it's efficient, programmable and perfectly new, whereas a reconditioned one, I wonder how I waited so long before taking the plunge. Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service, which was very friendly and much more professional than some of the big names! That's what encouraged me to make this purchase! After checking with Dyson, a reconditioned hoover is one that has been tested and returned after the 30-day trial period. Dyson reconditions it to new and guarantees it for 2 years. And I can confirm that after receiving my v15 packaged by Dyson, it is indeed brand new! Wow! No scratches or visible malfunctions in any case! The sensor is incredible, I can see the tiniest dust and hair on the floor. The accessory that lets you vacuum under furniture is a must-have for me, as it makes everyday life easier. My only complaint is that it doesn't lock completely when I'm vacuuming in stand-up mode, but maybe I'm using it wrong. The fluffy brush is very handy and quiet. The carpet brush vacuums efficiently and even too much when I switch to auto mode. I find it hard to switch it on because it clings so much, so I switch to eco. The small brush is great for mattresses and sofas. I'm thinking of buying a station to bring all these accessories together in one place. I find it very quiet compared to my V8. In term...

I have been buying my technical devices on BackMarket for years. Buying refurbished is not only good for the environment, it also prevents a lot of waste and is easy on the wallet. I am always very satisfied with the devices and use them for years. For me, it doesn't have to be the latest iPhone or notebook every year. Refurbished is more sustainable. Great customer service and the devices are better than described.

I ordered a refurbished Dyson V15 from Back Market, and I have to say it's by far the best deal I've had so far! The hoover arrived like new, with not a trace of wear. All the parts were new, replaced by standard exchange, which meant I got a vacuum cleaner in perfect condition for a much better price than new. We decided on this shark vacuum after a great deal of research and reading the models reviews. We came across this refurbished model on Black Market and decided, based on the return policy, to take a chance on the €239.99 option. We are not disappointed, in fact we are elated. The vacuum arrived quickly, well packaged and looks as if it arrived from the factory. I can not find anything wrong with it, not a scratch or bit of dust. It works perfectly, it's amazingly powerful and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Exceptional backmarket service! Ordered yesterday 24/04, received today 25/04! As far as the product is concerned, this is my first hoover. It's brilliant! I tested it straight away 😃 My floors were very dirty and it did the job properly with still several passes but never mind, I'm going to save time! The overall look of the vacuum is very correct and moreover the product delivered with it! I will now think of backmarket for my future reconditioned purchases. I would recommend it 100%.

As usual, I'm won over by Dyson. I went from the v11 to the gen5 and I can clearly see the difference in terms of performance. The item is reconditioned, in PERFECT condition, not a flaw. The delivery was super fast (ordered on a Thursday evening, arrived on Saturday morning), perfect packaging, like new. In short, I am very happy with my purchase.
