Brilliant service

I haven't actually received it yet, I ordered it about a month ago.

The order was straightforward and the dispatch was very quick. The product in the case of the px200eut wet vacuum cleaner does its job, even if it is very sweaty. The vacuum cleaner comes with liquid which can be purchased afterwards for 20-30 euros depending on the retailer. Enough for a large couch. Therefore very expensive in the long term. I have not yet found a cheaper replacement product, which I think is a shame.

It's perfect. I hesitated for a long time before buying a robot hoover. What a shame! I should have made the investment long before. I have 2 cats and I use it every other day. The amount of hair it catches is mind-boggling! I was a bit sceptical about the mop function. It also dispelled a common misconception. It doesn't replace regular cleaning, but it does mean you can space out the cleaning and still have a clean house. The quality of the appliance is perfect. It looked like a new one...

I'm very pleased with the hoover. It works perfectly, is easy to steer and the base is relatively compact. Although the product is reconditioned, a new odour cartridge was included in the parcel.

The Coovy Su7 electric broom arrived in its box in perfect condition. After trying it out for a few days I can say that it is phenomenal, excellent suction, I mainly use the automatic option and the broom adjusts the suction intensity on its own according to how much dirt it finds, thus increasing battery life. The broom is light, very handy and always ready to use in its charging station. I did not know this site but I will definitely use it again, great product, very fast shipping.

The appliance vacuums excellently, even cat hair without any problems. Emptying is super easy and quick.

Very very satisfied in every way. The choice and the prices already made me choose BackMarket, but the delivery was also super fast and meticulous. They provided me with everything I needed to get my phone back, which was deducted from the price - really very professional! And as for the robot hoover, I'm won over, it's efficient, programmable and perfectly new, whereas a reconditioned one, I wonder how I waited so long before taking the plunge. Thank you
