This device is beautiful, like new, at least in appearance. I'm still getting to grips with it because it's a bit different from my previous Lenovo. But I'm still happy with it now that I've transferred my data and installed Word (paid for, the free one got under my skin, but that's another story). So I'm pleased that you've now given me a device that could have cost me 4/5 times as much on the new market, while at the same time saving our environment a tiny bit.

The item does not fully comply with the product purchased, and the RAM memory is not 16 GB as advertised, but only 8 GB. The battery also has a fixing problem: when the PC is handled, even lightly, it no longer stays in place and disconnects from its slot, causing the PC to stop. On the other hand, the PC works very well.

Perfect delivery and packaging. It works quite well, the only but .... To put something , but I understand that it is normal , is that the battery does not last long and a peeling in the charger cable on the part of the enchi . But very satisfied with the product, quality and price. I will buy from you again. Again .

Good service is evident when something is not running optimally. Laptop had a hard disc error so that it kept shutting down. I reported the fault on Friday, sent the package back on Monday and received a working replacement the same week. Really great!

arrived this morning on time and very well packaged. i had taken the "very good condition" option and the computer shows several signs of wear... otherwise for the moment it works fine, nothing abnormal to report.

My order arrived earlier than i was expected, everything well packed with no issues. Always received any notification of delivery. Laptop had some major scratches, battery life is not perfect, but i knew that I'm buying used staff, so i am very happy with purchase, I've done the job i needed ( mainly word documents), it work's perfectly fine, so i highly recommend backmarket to anyone and definitely will buy again!) excellent experience in general. i am on my third purchase with this company. they all arrived on time (except the last one, but it was bought at the end of august). i will talk about this purchase as it is the first notebook i got here. you can see that it is used, but overall it is much better than i expected. well packaged, excellently cleaned and sanitized, freshly installed operating system. everything as described (RAM, sdd, processor, etc...) i will definitely not stop at 3. i keep the 5 stars. good
