The product works perfectly, but it was delivered with a sleeve that was not suitable for the computer. I would also have liked the software used for the benchmark to have been removed on delivery, so I had to do a bit of tidying up on my end.

The site is very practical, with numerous filters and criteria to identify the product that suits me best. Delivery on time and even early, with no over-packaging. The computer lives up to its description, with perhaps just one minor issue concerning the battery life, but nothing that would stop me using it.

I am very satisfied with the computer I received. It is of very good quality. So far I have not found anything disappointing and I hope it will continue to serve me well for a long time. Delivery on time. Perfect packaging. Product complies with 3 BUT non-original battery, it's not even a lenovo, it doesn't have the same format, the computer tilts backwards -computer covered with a plastic sticker to look new ... fortunately underneath it was in perfect condition ... -keyboard sold as French AZERTY....in fact a qweety covered with labels that don't fit very well.... It's refurbished, so it's logical that there are imperfections, but this could be clarified so that you can buy with full knowledge.

The delivery was great, unfortunately the product is not working properly and I am sending it for repair or replacement.
