Well-packaged parcel, arrived on the advertised date. This is a birthday present for 31 December. We hope it works well but we did not try it before giving it. Our daughter knows it's reconditioned...

Ordered and delivered without any problems, as expected. As far as the THERMOMIX ordered was concerned, all the accessories were in perfect condition and replaced with new ones. The only small problem was with the description of the condition of the item. Described as "in excellent condition", the cracks and burn marks on the front of the appliance were not mentioned. Admittedly, this is more aesthetic than functional, but it would have been useful. I'm delighted with my purchase.

Very good condition as promised. Virtually no signs of use. Accessories probably even new. Only the blender jug had to be cleaned thoroughly by hand. Blades still seem sharp enough. The latest firmware is also installed.

The thermomix is just perfect With a nice surprise, to receive 4 keys with and 3 books that were not indicated in the description. I am very happy with my purchase which was a gift. Merciiii back Market

I have bought twice here? The first time was ideal, the second time we had to return the robot but they sent another one quickly. They were quick to reply and to solve the problem. I will buy here again.

Termomix was received well packaged and very quickly. The food processor was not very clean but in perfect working order. We cleaned it from top to bottom and it's as good as new. I've been using it for a fortnight now and no problems so far. I'd definitely recommend it.
