I bought it in good condition but it was perfect there was no scratches or anything it was exactly like brand new just without the box.

Perfect condition. The refurbished headphones advertised as "good condition" were like new, spotless, with cables and carrying case. Works perfectly, excellent sound, effective noise reduction. Nothing to say except thank you to the seller for the quality of the product at this price!

For me, the quality of Sony sound is second to none. Before this one, I had a Bose Noise Cancelling 700, which performed very poorly compared to this Sony model. Having tested it on public transport, I can say that the noise reduction is perfect. It covers all ambient noise and annoying conversations very well. The controls on the headphones are pleasant to touch, which is very practical. The product arrived quickly and was delivered against a signature. I am more than delighted with this order. No delivery problems and the headphones are perfect. Only downside: it's almost 2 times cheaper new at Fnac at the moment. Although I'm in favour of the Back market spirit, it still hurts a bit 😁

very good headphones, they don't reduce noise very much but the sound quality is superb. Also it presses a little on the ears if you have large it can hurt a little after a while haha. Ideal for everyday use, good battery.

I love the headset really, just started using was quite confusing t first how to set it up. I didn't know I had to download Sony app in my phone to be able to connect to my phone. I am enjoying it. it came looking pretty look . now I'm confused if it's really new. lol the delivery was very fast. not up to 2 days. I am still gonna review again I hope it lasts long. highly recommend
