I am SO happy with my premium refurbished phone. It was absolutely perfect. The only sign of use, was the box was not sealed. Other than that, it was brand new. I will never buy another new phone again! Thank you

I received my Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G 256GB within a few days of ordering. The phone was flawless, not a single mark or blemish as if it was a BRAND NEW phone. The only problem I encountered was that the phone had been "rooted" which prevents me from using the "biometric security" features that Samsung imbedded in the operating system. The phone has been returned to the seller who is hoping to source a replacement of the same specification. The support team in Back Market have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process, acting as a liaison between me and the seller and keeping me updated on a regular basis. Hoping to source a suitable replacement shortly.

Very impressed with the phone I received (it is a Samsung S23). My first experience of buying a refurbished phone, and I'm glad I did. Runs like new and in excellent condition.

Phone came in excellent condition - as promised! i was a little nervous about getting a refurbished foldable, but as soon as i got my hands on it i realized i was worried over nothing. The delivery time was also impressively quick :)

Lovely phone, perfect condition. Had to change the script to Microsoft instead of the original Samsung script, as the key board contained German alphabet letters and the predictive text was driving me crazy, kept replacing my words with German words. I changed the language to English with the Set Up options so I was surprised the keyboard did not change also. I was thinking of returning it for that reason but then I noticed the Microsoft option. Works fine now. Only need to charge it once every two days . Would be better if it stayed charged for longer. Otherwise I'm happy with it.

Ordered a S22 ultra with new battery as new. Came promptly. Well packed. Looks new. Having used it every day since getting it, the battery lasts about a day, maybe a little more. I watch you tube, tic toc, reddit and browse on the web. So i think that for the money, I've done well. No issues thus far. Needless to say the phone is great.

Purchasing was easy as pie, and delivery was super fast. The phone is in great condition with zero viable flaws that I could see. Now I just have to get over rbe learning curve of switching from apple to andriod lol

This was the third phone we got from backmarket and it absolutely meet the high expectations we have now of backmarket. Service is great, details and description of phone is perfect and the battery is very good. It was in better condition than anticipated. Will definitely buy all future phones here.

This is the second phone we've purchased from backmarket. As with the previous one, it was in superb condition, working perfectly, not a mark on it. The battery is very good and it was quick and easy to set up. We're delighted with the quality of the service, the speed of the delivery, the details provided to enable us to make a suitable phone choice, the price and the availability of models.
