Well it all started when I purchased a Samsung Pro GPS watch 6 for My wife.. I have bought many refurbished items before from reputable companies like Back Market so I had no problem in buying the watch.. when the watch arrived We were both stunned with the quality and appearance of the watch.. so without hesitation I went straight back online and purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 that I spotted while purchasing the watch.. when the Phone arrived on time as quoted I was blown away.. it looked brand new.. there wasn't a single mark on the phone and you could easily see that the phone was very well cared for.. needless to say the phone is in perfect working order and I'm over the moon with it.. it was reassuring that there was a 30 day no questions asked return policy which made the purchase easier.. and the price was very fair.. needless to say I can highly recommend making a purchase from Back Market.

The phone came in perfect condition with excelled communication to update on dispatch, delivery, etc. It was really easy to set up and swap over all my apps and info from my old phone. I've never bought a refurbished phone before but would definitely do it again in future.

Delighted my my flip 5. Came well packed and presented. I chose to go for one that was in excellent condition. And I wasn't disappointed. Phone is like new at around 900euro less than a brand new one. This is my 2nd time buying a refurbished phone and the last one lasted 3 years. Here's hoping this one does the same. I'd advise anyone looking for a change of phone to buy refurbished. This one came within 5 days I think. Save your hard earned cash and get a phone you really want but couldn't otherwise afford. I reckon you won't be disappointed.

Device was in perfect condition, breeze to set up, got here extremely quickly, absolutely zero complaints. The phone itself is an absolute beast, cameras are stunning, battery lasts me a day of fairly heavy use and generally it's been a pure pleasure to use.

Have had the phone about 10 days. Can't fault it. It arrived like new. Have ordered from Back Market before. Had a problem with a previous order and they hamdled it really well. When all is going good its easy. but when theres a problem and it gets solved quickly and professionally, thats 5* for me.

The phone (Samsung Galaxy A52s) arrived very promptly. The condition was categrised as "Fair" but had only a few minor scratches on the case - te screen was perfect. After operating for a few weeks, there are no issues with it :)

It's the second phone I have got through Back Maket and, once again, the phone is perfect like new brand. No a single tiny scratch, working perfectly and battery lasting for all day and plus the delivery in two days. My S24 Ultra was cheaper than on Samsung website and it's new. am so happy and I do recommend the back Market.
