Order and delivery very fast. However, there is a small crack in the display although I ordered the mobile phone in "excellent" condition. The crack covers the entire display after a few days. That is a pity. A complaint is too inconvenient for me as I would then be without a mobile phone for a longer period of time

as far as the delivery was concerned, it was a zero score! The delivery driver simply left the phone on our letterbox at the side of the road! He didn't bother to ring the intercom. We were there and saw what he was doing. By the time we got up our driveway, he'd already left! You have to be quick, quick, quick, to the detriment of the customers! If someone had passed by at that moment, he would have helped himself. If I'd been dishonest, I would have told you that I hadn't received it..... As for the telephone, nothing to say. Impeccable. At least this

I chose the "good condition " option for the smartphone I chose. I must honestly admit that I was very pleasantly surprised when I took delivery of it because it looked like brand new. No damages on the screen, just 2 super mini scratches on the back which you wouldn't have even noticed if you bought it new in the shop. Fast delivery and reliable with track and trace code. Smartphone works perfectly. I can only praise my first purchase from Back Market. Highly recommended. My mind is made up, for another purchase in due course it will be back at Back Market.

The phone works very well and is in good condition. However, I regret the packaging of the phone, which was simply wrapped in bubble wrap with a charger cable without the plug. Apart from this small problem, I'm happy with my purchase.

I ordered a smartphone in black and received one in ice blue. It was a gift and could no longer be exchanged. The person receiving the gift didn't care and so everything went well anyway.

I'm not so happy with the mobile phone. It's much more complicated to use than my old one from a Chinese brand, which unfortunately had a faulty battery. The service from Back Market was good.

The phone was delivered within two days and was in perfect condition. It works perfectly and the battery life is so much better than my old phone. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new Samsung phone, although the camera does need good lighting for quality photos.
