The device arrived in excellent condition, fully functional. The battery, although it was not the new one but I ordered the phone with the standard battery, holds the charge very well. An excellent purchase!

I chose the "good condition " option for the smartphone I chose. I must honestly admit that I was very pleasantly surprised when I took delivery of it because it looked like brand new. No damages on the screen, just 2 super mini scratches on the back which you wouldn't have even noticed if you bought it new in the shop. Fast delivery and reliable with track and trace code. Smartphone works perfectly. I can only praise my first purchase from Back Market. Highly recommended. My mind is made up, for another purchase in due course it will be back at Back Market.

Hello, I received my Samsung A23 on time and in good condition, as expected. I'm a bit disappointed though. The Samsung A23 is good, but I don't see the difference with my old Samsung A13, apart from the greater capacity. If I'd known, I'd have gone for an S23, or an iPhone 13.

as far as the delivery was concerned, it was a zero score! The delivery driver simply left the phone on our letterbox at the side of the road! He didn't bother to ring the intercom. We were there and saw what he was doing. By the time we got up our driveway, he'd already left! You have to be quick, quick, quick, to the detriment of the customers! If someone had passed by at that moment, he would have helped himself. If I'd been dishonest, I would have told you that I hadn't received it..... As for the telephone, nothing to say. Impeccable. I ordered a smartphone in black and received one in ice blue. It was a gift and could no longer be exchanged. The person receiving the gift didn't care and so everything went well anyway.

The mobile phone was delivered in very good condition , better than I expected. Very slight signs of use on the back are not worth mentioning. The installation worked great and I am very satisfied. I would order from BackMarket again at any time.

Order and delivery very fast. However, there is a small crack in the display although I ordered the mobile phone in "excellent" condition. The crack covers the entire display after a few days. That is a pity. A complaint is too inconvenient for me as I would then be without a mobile phone for a longer period of time
