I bought a 'renewed' HP Envy 4507 printer because we have a farm in Spain (my wife is Spanish) and, for ease of use, I wanted the same, fairly simple printer/scanner to interface with our laptops in both locations. So far, the 'renewed' model is performing perfectly - thank you!

My old printer had finally given up and I wanted a similar printer. I don't use it that much and I am not that IT savvy so wanted something I felt comfortable with. Luckily for me a search turned up BackMarket and they had the exact model, reconditioned and in excellent condition. It is working perfectly and was a very good price too!

It came in the original box with the ink cartridges, not a scratch on it. It works great, very happy with the product.

I purchased this not knowing what to expect from a refurbished printer but was extremely impressed with it when delivered. It looks like brand new and came with ink and laptop lead which I wasn’t expecting. Delivery was super quick and packaging was very good. So pleased with this that I have now ordered another item. Would definitely recommend this site without hesitation. From ordering to delivery I was kept fully updated and received a voucher towards another purchase. Very impressed.

Everything we needed was in the box, including ink cartridges and helpful advice from the company that refurbished the printer. And the printer itself is exactly as we'd hoped for, and all for a very good price.

I was a bit dubious about ordering a refurbished printer, but I could not be happier. The printer came super quickly and it is in perfect condition. I’m happy that I saved money and also did my bit to save the planet by buying refurbished instead of it going into landfill.

I have to be honest...I have always been sceptical about refurbished products....but after this purchase I had to change my mind completely. The printer works great and in the package they even put a new cartridge and photo paper (not expected). On top of that, 12 months warranty... what more could you ask for? After this I bought a smartphone but I haven't put it to use yet because it's a gift, but just so at first glance I know I got a bargain and above all helped to reduce waste.

I'm really happy with this printer. It's like new! It works very well and was super simple to set up. I just followed the instructions with the info popped in with the package. It also came just 1 day after ordering it! fantastic!
