Impeccable parcel, tablet in very good condition and no problems whatsoever. Perfect as long as it lasts!

Compliant product

The tablet works perfectly and is in very good optical condition for the price. Delivery was fast. The downside, however, is that the battery barely lasts longer than 15 minutes, which is rather inconvenient for an outdoor tablet, making it unusable for its intended purpose. I'm keeping it anyway as it's a good addition to my home.

Es gab ein paar Probleme und Verzögerungen mit dem Lieferunternehmen, wofür aber Backmarket nicht verantwortlich ist. Währenddessen war die Unterstützungsleistung durch Backmarket jedoch sehr gut. Die Ware habe ich nun erhalten. Diese ist funktionsfähig, sodass ich diese endlich nutzen kann.

Order fulfilled and on time. Good working order but noisy and I don't know if this is normal. So far I am satisfied with my purchase.

Good morning, device is not working properly. The internal mouse continuously jumps over the screen so I cannot use it. Please contact how I can return the device "free of charge" for repair. For the moment unusable. thanks, joost
