Absolutely thrilled! The oven is like new, even the labels were still on it. Pizza stone, grid and baking tray the same. Of course we had to test the oven straight away, we made pizza, a little smaller than normal as we still need some practice with the pizza peel 😅 After 1 1/2 minutes, the first pizza was ready and tasted delicious! Crispy, fluffy on the inside, perfect, better than in the pizzeria! This was definitely not our last order from Back Market

If you preheat the oven properly, you really get perfect results. Super fast delicious pizzas like you buy at a pizzeria. Also meat, had spareribs, becomes delicious. The pellet smoke function gives just that extra bit of flavour and aroma. Top product

The appliance was delivered on time and in top condition. I was kept informed of the delivery status throughout the delivery. The first meat dishes were great straight away. However, a "pizza shovel" is recommended for pizzas or tarte flambée, as handling is otherwise very difficult. The operation is very well described and relatively simple. I recommend this appliance 100%. Peter.

Apart from a few scratches on the inside of the oven door, it is in top condition. The scratches are from the pizza stone, which slipped against the door during despatch. If it had been better packed, it would have been perfect!

Everything went smoothly, Back Market kept me informed of every step of the shipping progress. I ordered the device on 25/04/2025 in the evening and it was delivered on 30/04/2025 even though it came from France. The appliance was better than expected, according to Back Market it was in good condition. The Ninja oven I received was brand new, in neutral packaging, the manual was missing and there were 2 small dents on the inside of the door. Even the Ninja tags were still on it. If I need something again I will look at Back Market first. I wouldn't have got a second-hand appliance for the money. Any time again.

I decided to buy a Ninja pizza oven based on the various reviews, and I'm not disappointed. Received with all the labels, all the small equipment was packaged originally. The oven is brand new, with a few cosmetic flaws but nothing serious, especially the handle with the stainless steel pressed in. That said, there's nothing to fault about its performance: I've already made several pizzas, and I'm really pleased with this purchase!

Very surprised to receive a completely new product. The front panel is in German... but that's not a problem once you've seen what it's like. The pizza oven is a bit disappointing, I think it takes a bit of time to find the right settings, the top heating element lights up when you start cooking, after preheating however the preheating phase does not allow you to reach more than 280° on the Stone even at maximum you have to start cooking for five minutes to reach 350° 370. I'm already familiar with the other modes on other products The wood-fired mode, which is what everyone is interested in when they buy this product, is extremely disappointing: obviously, when cooking a pizza for two to two and a half minutes, it's impossible to get the smoked taste you'd like, and in fact the smoked taste is more like smoked salmon than wood-fired pizza, which in reality rarely tastes like wood-fired pizza, especially as you can smell the wood fire in the Pizzeria and the smell of roasted flour. So it's a half-tone result. Otherwise, the cold is effective

Well received the parcel, impeccable packaging, everything was inside and new, the only small downside I would say that the oven and instructions are in German so a product sold exclusively in Germany, but this does not change anything to the operation of the product so a simple adaptation of the display around the main control button the rest on the display is in English as on the same product sold in France. Very happy to have a quality product that works very well, a pure marvel, pizzas in 2 minutes, calzons in 9 minutes and smoked meats with an impressive smoke if you don't know go and have a look on the net to understand that once you've tested it you can't do without it.
