Hi, I received the phone yesterday and it is still stuck with an update that gives an error. I don't know how to attach a screenshot. It is a software update that indicates error and does not download and every so often it tries to update.

It's as good as new for a reconditioned product.

The phone is brilliant! It's beautiful and looks like new! The only negative point is the delivery: the driver threw the parcel into my yard instead of putting it in my letterbox. As a result, I found it in my dog's mouth, just about to be blown to bits. Thank you Chronopost...

The phone works fine but I can't connect android auto, I don't know what to do, I have reset it but it keeps crashing.

The item came well packaged, with its cable, although I missed the charger. The aesthetic appearance was impeccable. After almost a month of using it I have no complaints, it works without problems.

the battery doesn't last long, even in eco mode I'm a bit disappointed because for a pro phone, 256 GB isn't great.
