Phone came very quick and in very good condition, will be using again.

The smartphone worked perfectly for 10 days and then the screen suddenly malfunctioned... These things can happen when you buy a refurbished product, and that's the risk. Apparently the seller's after-sales service has informed me that repairs are impossible and I will be reimbursed. On the other hand, I deplore the purchase of a screen protector and a protective cover, for a total of €30, which have not had time to be used. And probably won't (unless I buy the same model again). In the end, I would have lost money. Does BackMarket have a commercial gesture for this type of incident?

Phone is in excellent condition, but I was disappointed with the battery health. Not much of an improvement on my old Oppo (3.5+ years old) in terms of battery life, despite having higher battery capacity.

In very good condition, no signs of being reconditioned only for the packaging which is not the original but a generic Backmarket box. Received with charger and cable, everything perfect. It is my third mobile bought here and I recommend it.

This is my first experience with Backmarket, and everything went perfectly. All the information available on the site about the device is clear and sufficient to give you a precise idea of what you're buying. Delivery was made by Fedex in 3 days. Simply brilliant.

The purchase process was very fast. There was a small delay in delivery, but the phone I received is in excellent condition. I did notice that it drains the battery faster than I imagined, but that's understandable for a used phone.

Top delivery, just a shame that the packaging wasn't super secure (the phone slipped in the box) whereas 1 month before, I ordered an X3 and the packaging was perfect, nothing moved etc... It was in very good condition though so I hope it was temporary. As for the rest, it's perfect

the phone itself is really good and feels really good in the hand it's very easy to operate also being 256gb that is loads of memory so no real need to upgrade because it doesn't have an SD card upgrade facility the only downside to it that I've found with this phone is that the fingerprint scanner can be very slow and also that the facial recognition can also be pretty hit and miss sometimes other than these factors for the price it's fantastic and I would highly recommend.
