The phone is just like new, still looking at the blinking screen but all in all its all Grand

The smartphone worked perfectly for 10 days and then the screen suddenly malfunctioned... These things can happen when you buy a refurbished product, and that's the risk. Apparently the seller's after-sales service has informed me that repairs are impossible and I will be reimbursed. On the other hand, I deplore the purchase of a screen protector and a protective cover, for a total of €30, which have not had time to be used. And probably won't (unless I buy the same model again). In the end, I would have lost money. Does BackMarket have a commercial gesture for this type of incident?

In very good condition, no signs of being reconditioned only for the packaging which is not the original but a generic Backmarket box. Received with charger and cable, everything perfect. It is my third mobile bought here and I recommend it.

I was sceptical about buying a refurbished one, but now I'm delighted! Like new = really like new! It's beautiful, no problems with the phone, works perfectly, thank you back market! 👍

So easy to set up. All my apps were transferred over seamlessly. The speed of my new phone is so much faster than my old A53. Loads of memory. The condition is excellent with no visible signs of wear. Preferred the fingerprint sensor on the back of the old phone- the screen sensor isn't as reliable and often doesn't recognise my fingerprint. Otherwise a great phone. Very pleased.

It's a shame there isn't the charger plug block, otherwise great! The phone is in perfect condition so for the price it's top 🙏 second time I go through back market for my phones, the old one lasted 4 years and it was me who accelerated its end (fall from the first floor) otherwise it was always impeccable!!!!

Hello or good evening, Despite my misgivings about my first refurbished purchase, I was not disappointed and my impressions of the service are very good. I have nothing to complain about. About the phone, I found the price was quite affordable for what it offers, the camera is good quality, storage is more than enough, even 128GB would have been enough for me ¯\_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/¯ but I'm not saying no to more. It holds a charge well, for moderate use that's a day, and a day and a half with battery saving mode. And not forgetting, the phone call function works very well, the speakers are of very good quality, the sound delivers well. As for delivery, no problem, no delays, the product is as described, perfect! I highly recommend this product. I also recommend shopping via this site or other shops that sell second-hand products, reconditioned products today are really nice, it's good for the wallet and the planet. (｡-̀ᴗ-)✧ See you soon!

the item i bought, Oppo find X5, was in excellent condition. it may be a matter of habit, but on many things i preferred my old Oppo renoZ.
