Phone is super work perfect

My previous phone was the 1+ 3t which was very good. The nord 2 is a big jump ahead really delighted with it so far.

This phone is non responsive and does not appear to be charging. Was there any check done pre dispatch?

Have seen random restarts, and today had a Qualcomm crash dump with a fatal exception. Had to wipe the phone and start again Something wrong with the software. Will be looking for a return

My OnePlus Nord will not charge at all. I cannot contact the seller.

Having had Iphones previously it too me a little time to get my head around the android, I am nearly 60!! I was not able to transfer all my photos due to lack of space, so looking into that at the moment, must be able to increase storage. On the whole very pleased with the refurbished phone, it is like new, battery life is good, and now finding my way around easier. Photos are very clear and quality is good. Yes, very pleased with my purchase.

Bought in "very good condition", it's spotless. I haven't put it under the microscope either, but there's not a scratch to be found. Having bought it as a replacement for the same model, I'd already forgotten in a few hours that it wasn't the same item. After a few weeks, however, I have the impression that the battery lasts slightly less than my previous model, which was probably the same age, so yes, I can see the 'reconditioned' side of it. But for the price, there's absolutely nothing to complain about, it's excellent!

Got the phone to replace my old Xiaomi Redmi 6. There were a few small scratches on the back and one on the side of the screen, it's only visible when the phone is off. Delivery was quick and included a quality assurance checklist. Performance wise I'm very pleased with it so far - recommended if you're looking for a decent alternative to bigger brands that still does the job. Good deal faster than my old phone, actually supports 5G, every Google app can be permanently disabled which is quite rare, decent quality camera.
