Arrived on time, quick delivery. The phone does not come with it's charger so beware of that. I bought the phone in excellent condition - no screen scratches, no charging problems looks and operates brand new. Would definitely recommend buying again if I need a new phone.

The OnePlus 10T I ordered from BackMarket is absolutely brilliant. Despite it being refurbished its condition is like new. The phone has got no mark and it works perfectly. My only concern was the battery life , being a used one, but I have to say that I'm poositively impressed by it and it looksas new after testing it with some battery apps. For the price is was an absolute bargain.

The phone looked perfect and everything worked, but unfortunately not the Bluetooth. However, I sent it back and I was refunded immediately and smoothly. I previously bought two other devices (same OnePlus 10T and they work perfectly. I guess I was just unlucky this time

Right, Brialliant fast delivery, phone was listed as good but came in factory box with factory SuperVooc charger and the state was really good, no scratchesor anythings. After migrating all data and using for a week I must say phone is brilliant and chargind lightning fast and holding a day easily. SO Generally really please with my buy and service. Sent out my old one 8T in good condition now and waiting for refund - hopefully this will be straigtforward too. Many thanks!

Mobile phone in excellent condition, received in very few days. First time I buy a refurbished product but if they are always like this, I will only buy refurbished (750€ mobile phone new, got it for 280.. ). Only downside the lack of box and any gadgets attached but understandable for such a low price

Simply top, I would even describe the condition of the smartphone as excellent. Functionality also top, I could not find any defects on the device. For me personally, it would have been nice if the battery had been pre-charged to 30%, or a note in the packaging Please charge the battery before use. Yes, that's complaining at a high level :) I found it very nice that it was in the OVP, and a new USB-C cable was also supplied. The next devices I want to buy (will buy) the motto will be BackMarket is my Market. With kind regards Mario

Fast delivery, the phone is in perfect condition. The 150w charger is amazing. Full charge in 15 min. only downside, the same charger, which is English, supplied with an adapter, the connection cable is also version c on both sides. i did not see this feature in the purchase window.
