Terrible service. Terrible product. Was sent to me (my first - and last time buying from Back Market), sent the device, It worked first of all, then within the same evening, overheated and wouldn't switch on at all. Couldn't restart, was completely unusable. Would not recommend whatsoever. Still dealing with the repercussions.

Perfect condition, as described. Very fast delivery and excellent communication at every stage.

Excellent condition - still in it's original sealed manufacturer's packing so effectively brand new. No issues setting it up. Only downside is that the battery life is a little disappointing but for the price I paid for a flagship phone I certainly can't complain. Would certainly use Black Market again
