Terrible service. Terrible product. Was sent to me (my first - and last time buying from Back Market), sent the device, It worked first of all, then within the same evening, overheated and wouldn't switch on at all. Couldn't restart, was completely unusable. Would not recommend whatsoever. Still dealing with the repercussions.

I was sceptical about buying a refurbished phone but am so happy I did! I wouldn't have known it wasn't brand new. Would highly recommend. The battery lasts for at least 2 days as well. Really happy. Thank you 😊 It came with an iPhone cable and was an android phone but not an issue as I had correct cables at home.

Phone received without SIM card extractor. As a result, I had to go and buy one to be able to start it up... The new seals from the company responsible for reconditioning the phone arrived damaged.

Received in less than 24 hours... Faster than Amazon... Unbelievable ahah The phone is perfect.... Just little scratches on the screen (that you can only see when the screen is off), but it's clearly worth the price! The battery drains far too quickly for a 5k and the charger is not supplied with it (oneplus still supplies chargers with the phone) but frankly it's really worth the price, I'm thinking of buying all my phones here from now on.
