I think I bought a model that I cannot use with my laptop. So it doesn’t work. Can’t I Return?

Super dock for my Surface . It was delivered quickly and there is nothing to criticise about the product itself. It's in great condition and works perfectly. Why should I pay so much for a new device when I can get it so cheaply here. I would buy here again at any time.

Works as standard with my dell precision 7250, no configuration required. Small and the button on top turns the pc on and off without needing to open it. Comes with its charger and has a usb c cable attached, non-detachable, small white light on it to show that the device is connected. Great for a two-monitor setup with lots of usb A to plug in. Would be better with a second hdmi. But my pc already has one so ok.

Nice, clean and neatly packed as if unused it. Would like to know the reason for the return though. This in case of any disruptions/issues that might be related to this.

Excellent, I'm happy with my purchase. The only downside is that the station has no HDMI socket and I would have liked to connect my second screen to the station rather than to the laptop. I solved the problem with a Dyplayport to HDMI adapter. Thank you for your good advice.
